All Verenti bikes are made using only the best materials available and the carbon fibre we use is no exception. All the carbon we use is produced by Toray Industries Inc. which is the worlds largest producer and recognized leader in the manufacture, research and development of carbon fibres. Whilst originating primarily as an aerospace material, Torayca carbon fibre has found its home in a wide variety of industry applications, none more so than in cycle design. It’s the rigorous product testing and resulting consistent quality that make Toray carbon fibres the perfect choice for the production of Verenti bikes.

We use Toray and their expertise in deciding the various grades/strengths of carbon depending on the frame component, taking in to account the balance of strength, weight and comfort, to produce a the perfect ride characteristics.

Our Carbon Alloy frames combine the best attributes of both materials to provide the best compromise and characteristics at an affordable price. We mate a Toray Carbon rear end to the 7046 Alloy front giving the optimum blend of vibration damping, stiffness and rigidity need to ride comfortably and efficiently over long distances.

We use a variety of Alloys on the production of the Verenti frames, these have been painstakingly researched by our Tubing manufacturer and by us in actual product testing, all to make sure that they are the correct material for the job, and give you everything you would expect from a high performance sportive racing bike.
